I have repeatedly informed since the day I received the internet device from MTS that it is not working properly and I would like to receive refund and cancel the services. But in return I haven’t heard any thing assuring that I will get the refund. Instead I have been forced to keep the device and continue to a monthly internet plan which I do not want. If I could get a fax number or email address I can send the email replys that I have received. They didn’t even supplied me any bill or cash receipt of the Rs.1100 that they charged before for the internet device. The complaint request number for the same with MTS is R13-52273382. I have been forced to keep their services. Please kindly look into this as it seems to me they are running scam to fool people
