Reliance Communications Limited. – Negligence abd poor service

Ref : ‘Reliance=012-894-879′ Please refer above Complaint Number lodged with Reliance Communications Limited. Had Taken New Reliance GSM Connection. After Checking of all documents and Filled up Form, SIM card is Issued. Was Informed to Activate the card on the spot and dail a code to Activate the same. Approx On 26th July night 11.30pm had sent an Activation Request. 2hrs later Service was Active.[As I was Informed that Service will get activate within 2hrs] Was informed to keep the Cell on, as and Executive for Personal Verification will call and visit my home..which has not yet happened till date. Start receiving call from Customer Care for Verification n making me understanding Pals [Except Data Plan] which is ON by Default without our Knowledge. 2days later i come to know that i am under No Default data Plan, so called up Customer Care and Subscribe for the same. Service starts on 2nd August 2013. Almost every alternate day, i receive a Call from Customer Executive for the Same Above mentioned reason. I inform My Contact List About My New Number. I leave for my Business Trip on 10th Aug 2013, 12th again a Customer executive calls for Verification and also ask for email id, for sending across Soft Copy of Invoice,after the verbal Verification as per their routine. I receive a Copy Of Invoice on mail on 14th Aug 13′ My OUTGOING & Data Service is Barred on 15th Aug 13’ approx after 9.30pm. 16th Aug i call up TOLLfree 198, but due to waiting period of more than 5min, i Call up CHARGEABLE *222 Customer care to find out, my Connection is Barred by DoT and not Reliance. Ever Since than, i have talked to All the Customer Care Calling me for My Invoice Understanding, mailed the Issue, but only reply i get is, Submit the Documents. What Happened to the SET Of Documents I Submitted? Why was I Not Intimated about the Same in advance before Barring My Service.??

Either they pay me The Compensation as mentione d above or resume the service, Waive off the Data Charges of Rs.400 for 2 Days, bear the Monthly Rental till my Service is Barred and Apologise for the entire issue.
