K.Ravi from K.S.M. Nivetha Service Centre on 17/08/2013 mentioned to do service the Racold electric water heater and said heating coil is damaged. He took advance amount of Rs.1500/- to replace with total cost around 2350/- . I am calling that person for 1 week and he is not picking up the call. Please help me in this issue.

I have lost Rs.1500/- to him now and one day fully wasted my day in calling him . If I call from new number he picks up and no proper response and he is talking very harshly and not refunding the money. This person is totally a cheat.

I want that person to refund the advance amount Rs.1500/- . Please take some necessary action.
