I booked a ticket in redbus from Tuticorin to Coimbatore on 12th Oct 2013.The amount Rs 645 was debited from my ICICI bank through netbanking .But the transaction failed and I did not get the ticket. Till date i have not received the refund from redbus Pl do the needful Customer detail (as per bank statement) 27922871 Payment id 498835437
