Bad services rendered by Indigital TV/Cable Operator

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am a subscriber for the TV channels through Indigitalcable.net (ph Nos. 1800223456/669489932821893. Cable Operator is Mr. Gopi – ph Nos. (29250187/29251052/989267337 – My A/c No. is 12716770 for the set box. I find since past one week from 6th to 14th October 2013 both these operators (Indigital/Cable operators \) have been assuring with big promises that the channels would be restored tonight which has not been done till today. I am not sure if they are legal cable operators and hence this complaint. I even said to them after much telephone calls that if they cannot provide public customer service to shut down their services and give us our refund rather than putting the public to shame along with them.

I stay at Bhawani Nagar, Marol, Andheri East and all the subscribers are suffering the same and some of them have already disconnected due to negligence of being good cable providers. Could you please look into this and let me know by email what should be done or what action can you take against them for their deliberate acts of negligence. It has come to our notice that the cable operator has not paid the indigitalcable.net. Also each channel on the TV screen we get remarks as “3 No communication with smart card. Contact call center. Scrambled channel”. Please look into this and let us know.
