I was a regular customer of Idea from Nov 2009 to Jan2013. My internet plan was 1000 MB @Rs 149. In December i overused 278MB approx. And for that Idea has charged me Rs. 2780Approx. Now this extra usage charges are really extreme to be paid. i have talked with their customer executive and he has told me to paid Rs 2000 after which they will reduce above overusage charge to a small amount. But after paying Rs. 2000 they had now refusing to reduce the surcharge. So because of that i have not paid the bill of Jan- 2013.

i want that i should be relieved from that extreme overusage charges. The bill is attached. its password is arun2516.
