I purchased my Samsung phone Note 2 from a local dealer from Mumbai in the month of December 2012 with a Bill and warranty. My phone does not switch on at all. I have tried checking the same with a new battery as well but no luck for the same. I have visited the service centre at Tardeo but he says they cannot service this phone as this phone is not from India, but how do I know whether it is from India or anywhere else. I bought it from a dealer who is offering me a bill and warranty. I have sent numerous email to customer support, but no one seems to be helpful enough to respond to the problem. The call center senior executives and the escalation team also dont know how to resolve this problem as they say the matter is elevated to the marketing team. I wonder what can a marketing team to do a phone which has a technical/mechanical problem. I have complained on 4th Sept 2013, and to all my calls and email they have said they shall get back to me soon, but no one has even bothered to call back and say we are considering your case. Request you to help me as I have spent my good amount of savings in buying a phone which was marketed as the best phone by a good brand, but somehow I feel I have been just been a fool to trust in this brand. would want the phone to be repaired to a good working condition and if not the same then compensate by giving a new phone, same brand same model.
