We purchased LG LCD LK311 two years back. From July 2013 onwards some power problem started. It doesn’t start at all. We paid for AMC of the TV as suggested by LG people. But in spite of so many complaints at LG Customer care and engineers visit our TV is as it is. LG people are avoiding our calls and are not giving us correct responses.
So much calls we have done for last 4 months. Rs 5737/- we have paid for AMC but no results
We want that entire TV LCD set to be replaced by this faulty piece.
