even after paying for booster cards for calls and sms separately (rates starting from Rs.30) for 4 weeks (two days deducted now when compared to usual 30 days), the first minute / call, first sms are being charged by the gsm service providers which is not fair. all gsm service providers are joining hands to charge unfair and huge amounts from the customers

all networks must charge a unique (same) amount for sms and call (rate cutters) and after recharging for rate cutters, they should not charge for first call or sms, which is totally unfair practice.
