Idea – Indiscriminate data and balance loss

I am facing many problems from Idea Cellular since the start of this day. 1. First of all they have IMPOSED a internet data plan on my number, thereby culminating the existing data plan resulting in the loss of my internet data in gross. 2.Secondly, inspite of their claim for the new data plan, when I am using internet; amount is being deducted from my main balance. And internet MBs are untouched. Moreover, when I am calling their customer care representatives, they are forwarding my call from here to there (consuming my time and thereby again leading to loss of my main balance on your unresponsive calls) I humbly ask you to redress my grievences as soon as possible.

I simply want the amount of internet data and the balance amount(money) consumed in calling the representatives and indiscriminate deduction for internet usage.
