Vodafone barred my connection when bill was only Rs.768 while bill limit was Rs.800. Even they did not give any prior intimation. Do they have such rights to cut my freedom of talk when I was in all kind of limits. there was no rule break from my side. I was using this number for almost 1 year and there was not a single bill payment issue from my side. this time I just asked them to pay half of the bill and rest of the half I will pay with next month bill with all late fees. but they refused and barred my connection. Was it a lawful action with a liable customer.
I want a compensation from Vodafone to barred my connection abruptly. I demand a written apology letter from Vodafone. I won’t pay that bill if they don’t settle down this issue. Now it is a question of my ‘rights’ and ‘dignity’.
