While I was using the idea SIM card for internet browsing Idea did not disconnect/alerted/informed me when the credit limit was crossed.After confirming for 4 to 5 times they did not give me 100% waiver in bill after repeated requests.Nor did they explain me about why the alert was not given/services were not disconnected after the credit limit was crossed. Also they disconnected my services without any intimation.
-Reason for no intimation/alert thr SMS/Call/Disconnecting services when the credit limit was crossed -100% Waiver of Aug Bill of INR 42183.47 as promised multiple times -Closure of my Idea account as I am no more satisfied & trust Idea Cellular
