Videocon D2H – No service since 2 years

Dear Sir, I have booked a Videocon D2H connection in the month of September 2011 by making an online payment of Rs.2690/- for services prevailing at that time. But, none of the dealers/customer service representatives have taken any interest in my connection or have refunded the money. When asked about the status, they always used to fly the coop of the situation. Today, I got a mail and even a call from one Mr. Ajit Mali of D2H customer care stating that they will refund the money. When asked about the services, they are saying that I have to pay extra money since rates have gone up. Please tell me what to do.

That depends on how the court accepts my request and feels the pain I have gone through.
