I am getting screen over heating., completely hanging.bad battery backup issues in my phone after 2 weeks of buying the phone. I have given the phone many times to service centre for repair they only format and update the phone but problems doesn’t resolves. Many times they doesn’t issues the complaint invoice bill with number so that problems may not reaches to higher authority but I have told there call centre (180030008282) about these issues but they are all have the same attitudes. They are delaying to solve the problem so that warranty gets expire. But now my phone is in warranty.Manager of service centre says me that these problems are common in this GT-I9500 SERIES phones.So, please help me solve this problem.

Now they must replace my phone.
