On Oct 07; 2013 I placed order for a combo of Play boy Men Deo worth INR 460.00 & completed the payment through my Axis bank Net Banking; Transaction ID: ICONN/86270645/071013/PAYU.IN Snapdeal is supposed to deliver my order on or before Oct 16;2013 but they failed their deadline. I tried to reach their help team both by phone & email but they are not prividing me any satisfying answer or exact date when they can deliver my product.

My money already they have taken and now they are delaying their service and I neither got the product nor moneyback.

I need strong step against this online shop; need my moneyback immediately.
