100bestbuy – customer care is not responding well.

I placed two orders on their web portal out of which i received only one which is also incomplete. Then i talked to them and they told me to return them back through courier and do that and return them the order which i received incomplete. Now they are not replying to my any mail and their customer care is not responding well.

I want my money back.
