have placed a online order no. 1333379353 on 15.10.2013 to Snapdeal for buying a Mobile set for Rs.5290/- (Amount paid by my Credit Card)& the product shipped on 16.10.13 by Blue Dart Courier vide Tracking No.69039901906. I came to know by email & SMS from Snapdeal that the shipment will be delivered on or before 21.10.2013 & also Snapdeal says before placing the order that the product will be delivered within 6-7 days.But till date I did not received the shipment. When I contact with Blue Dart regarding delivery status. Blue Dart told me that they can not say any stipulated date of delivery. I think Snapdeal cheating with me by false commitment of delivery time. Please look into this matter.

I want to get the product by 23.10.2013 otherwise Snapdeal will refund my money Rs.5290/- with Interest or compensation as soon as possible.
