Housefull – Not delivering the product after taking the full money a month back

I bought an almirah from Housefull by making full payment on 23rd Sep. 2013. I was promised to get it delivered by 18th Oct. 2013 and I was fine with that . But when I approached them on 19th Oct that my almirah has not been delivered, the store manager Mr. Manjunath of the store situated at Bannerghatta Road told me that the product got damaged while unloading, so it will be delayed by a couple of more days. He ensured me that it’ll be delivered soon, latest by 22nd Oct. I got a call on 20th Oct. that they will deliver it on 22nd in first half of the day but when I didn’t get any call from them, I started calling all the numbers Mr. Manjunath had given me, including his. Mr. Manjunath stopped picking up my call and when my wife contacted Mr. Mohammad who is supposedly the ware-house in-charge for Bangalore, he told her that it’ll get delivered on 24th Oct. When I talked to the delivery department of Housefull, I get nothing but the assurance of call back from them, which I never got. When I talk about cancelling the order, they are not listening to that and just telling me to wait and wait. Me and my wife are completely frustrated dealing with these unprofessional people. Moreover, the numbers mentioned on their website have all the incoming barred so that people won’t be able to reach them at all.

First of all, I want the immediate delivery of the same product I’ve ordered and then I want the compensation for all the opportunity and time lost in inaugurating the home-store. At the least, I would want them to refund the amount of the almirah as a compensation of the time lost and frustration caused to me and my wife. I’m a working professional and I have spent almost 2 hours following up with them. I want the compensation for my time as well.
