requested mr tushar thacker for a duplicate bill for my htc explorer, imei:359918048472765 purchased in last week (28 0r 29) of jun 2013 over phone no 9879522455 on 21 oct 2013.he agreed upon to send the same on 22 jun 13 through email.when tried to contact several times over phone from 1100 hrs on 22 oct 13 he simply disconnected my calls. after seventh attempt at 1830 hrs when i called from my alternate no. he responded in hindi that ” can`t u understand that i`m busy and i`m disconnecting ur call, i thought of helping you out but “thum baap banna chah tey ho” a hindi slang, where he tried to protray his rouge behaviour.he said he cannot give a duplicate bill do whatever i can,and he disconnected the call.

1. duplicate invoice for my purchase of the phone. 2. any suitable action against the dealer to correct his behaviour towards the public/customers
