I have paid Electrical Connection Charges (ECC) Rs. 39200/- to Bestech India Private Limited on December 26, 2012. Receipt Enclosed. Bestech was supposed to provide us Domestic Bulk Electric supply. However, till date, Bestech has failed to provide us the same. Their another group company ParkView Facilities is managing our facilities with the temporary electric connection (meant for project) and Diesel Generators (DG) for back-up. As a result, they are charging us real heavily compared to Bulk supply rates which should apply on us. The complaint is that instead of paying the ECC almost an year back to Bestech, we, the consumers, are been exploited and harassed with heavy electric charges. Bestech India and ParkView Facilities are doing this wrong and unethical practices jointly as a group company. Even now, they are threatening us that the electric connection will be disconnected. ParkView Facilities should charge us Per DHBVNL Sales Circular No. D-11/2013 & Sales Circular No. D-27/2013, which comes approximately Rs. 5.25 per Unit from immediate effect. DG usage should be optimized in the society and charges per unit should not exceed Rs. 15 per unit. Excess amount collected by ParkView Facilities from us so far should be returned back to us with compound interest @ 18% p.a. Any interest charged on us due to late or no payments because of this wrong billing should be removed from the billing. Until Bestech India Private Limited provide us Domestic Bulk Electric Supply, they can charge us in the ratio of 80:20 (DHBVNL:DG) because Bestech has failed to provide us the bulk supply even after making the full payments to them. This ratio is derived from the total time wherein DHBVNL provides supply in a day.
