Dear Sir, I have bought the Philip Critisus press Juicer order no 7281283 from Naaptol on dated 4th October, 2013. I have seen that in advertisement in newspaper but not fully detail mentioned on this newspaper i think about this juicer working in all type juice i have order when i received this product i am seen that its only working in Lemon, oranges Juicer then I am complaint this product to naaptol customer they have told me that your complaint has been register and our backend this call to you within 24 to 48 hours after 48 hours backend executive told me that you are ordering this product and we haven’t any policy for replacing m telling the executive its not that product which i want, That day when I am ordering this product your executive not told me the product only working in like lemon, oranges juice but the backened not listening my voice he was running his own voice after very bad discussions his disconnect the phone. After one day they offer me discount coupen for shopping Rs. 1500 and above. I have refuse this. Dear Sir, Please Handle my complaint against naaptol and replace my product. Thanks Joginder
