Subject: Continuous Mental Torture, Harassment, Misbehave & Threatening by Bank Persons Dear Sir I am working as Public Relation Officer with the Honorary Consulate of The Independent State of Samoa, New Delhi. I have been continuously Harassed, Mentally Tortured, Misbehaved & Threatened by two bank agents SANJAY(9873176059) & Verma(9310054774) who pose to be bank employees of HDFC Bank , Naraina Industrial Area Phase-1 New Delhi since last one month. Whenever they want, they make calls to me & start abusing. They are pressuring me to make them some money (Rs. 40,000) if I want to live peacefully. Verma & Sanjay Called me today and started abusing. When I disconnected the phone, they started calling to my office colleagues on their mobiles and started defaming me. They used abusive language about me with female colleagues. I had been issued a credit card no (5289- 4550-0268-4808) by HDFC Bank. . Due to some extremely bad financial condition, I could not keep the card account active and there was outstanding in my name to be paid for Rs. 55000. Bank had proposed me to settle the account at Rs. 32900 payable in 4 installments starting from May 2013 and gave a letter for it. I paid 3 installments well in time but due to some unfortunate problems, I could not make payment for the last installment August 2013. Now they are harassing me to make payment of Rs. 40,000 instead of Rs. 12000 pending to the bank. They say “We know how to get money. We don’t know any legal process; we have our own ways to work. We pay monthly to Police so they will not take any action. Go wherever you can go. “ I had reported the matter to commissioner of police My complaint is under process at EOW, Mandir Marg, Police Station, New Delhi(Copy Attached) Sanjay is again and again calling me and threatening me. He called me on 1st October when I was out of town. He asked me to make money. When I informed him that I was out of town, he started rebuking, abusing & threatening me. I disconnected his phone and called to Naraina Police Station to report the matter but the lady duty officer expressed her inability to do anything. She just told me that she would inform the matter to local beat officer. I don’t know if she took any initiative. I have been mentally disturbed at great extent by these bank chaps.

I request that I should not be mentally tortured and defamed by bank people.
