I requested for refund for order no 3840188 dated 23/10/2013.It was delivered to me on 28/10/2013 after watching the product i.e. pair of two shoes I requested for refund as they were not upto my expectations.Company provide me the reverse pickup on 29/10/2013 evening .The shoes were never used and they were in brand new condition , but till date I have not received any refund .My shoes were picked up through Pick up receipt 15111882705/yepme(3789819) and Pick up receipt no 15111882716/yepme(3789820) on 29/10/2013 by Yashpal of courier company naming Reverse Logistics, sent by this company i.e.Yepme to pick my pair of shoes from my home . .I called the customer care number at 01204851250 three times and they said that they have not received back my shoes till now and they assured me that I will get my refund .But till date I have not received my refund .Further on my order list on this site it is being shown that refund has been cancelled , However neither I got back money or the pair of shoes which I returned to the agent sent by you to pick up my pair of shoes.They even not replied for my last mails regarding this order . In their last mail dated 22/11/2013 as a reply to my refund request they write Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to yepme.com. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that you experienced. This is with reference to your concern regarding refund. Please note that your request has been forwarded to the concern department and the refund will be initiated ASAP. We would like to request you to call us to our customer care number at 0120-4851250 for any further assistance.

I have not received the refund as per the refund policy Nor any shoes were sent as a replacement .Also the shoes sent by order no 3840188 were taken by reverse pick up .It caused me financial loss as well as caused me mental tension as refund was not given .I am still feeling anguish that my pair of shoes were taken back and refund is not given . My time is being wasted in all these communications .
