I had attempted to make a payment of Rs.500/- at UMI Mobile India website on 22.04.2013 but just after executing the payment transaction, the website displayed an error. Thereafter I did not get any payment confirmation from UMI Mobile website as there was a link problem probably. But the payment was debited from my SBI Card No. ending with 6761 and was billed in the card statement dt.18th May,2013. The Card statement dated 18th May, 2013 is attached herewith for your ready reference. In this connection I had demanded refund from UMI India several times. I have also mailed the same to your email : director@core.nic.in today. They had forwarded my case to PayTM on 17th Sept, 2013. But till date I have not received the refund. PayTM is demanding order details from me where as the fact is that after making payment through UMI mobiles website the page went blank and showed an error which might have occurred from UMI website or PayTM website servers. So the question of order details does not arise. Neither I got any order details nor any payment acknowledgement. Only the payment was confirmed from SBI Card which is shown in the card statement. So I request you to kindly investigate the matter and about in which account did my money gone and instruct UMI Mobile India to refund my Rs.500/- to my SBI Card No. ending with 6761 at the earliest.
