I have applied for the course PGDFSQM (Post graduate diploma in food safety and quality management)at the regional IGNOU Chandigarh center for the session July 2013 as per procedure. my application had to be managed by the center up to start my study at particular study center. but the center authority not manage my application accordingly and finally I lost my very important year. and my admission could not happen. I did to much my follow up on mails and phones to the authority but my admission could not happen finally

claimed Rs. 500000 from the ignou due to above reasons.
