I have contacted the Tata Sky DTH call center multiple times. the service that you are giving is pathetic. I had requested a change of box as channels were unavailable and was assured this will be free of cost. as soon as box was installed there was a Rs.500 deducted and which i was reassured that it will be credited back in my account. Now i have my add on disabled and on multiple counts of being told that a supervisor will contact me I still have not been contacted yet. This has been pathetic service at tata sky and i will file a case against your consumer forum as you are harassing your customers.
Disabled box even as i have made more than the amount that was supposed to be done.
