Lenovo holding complaint for 75 days and sending wrong parts

we have purchased aio pc b340 serial no. VS70077948 lenovo brand in jan2013 with 3 yrs onsite warrenty. in sep 13 we faced problem with mouse and lcd screen. we launched complaint with lenovo troll free number so no. we received mouse but instead of lcd the sent wrong touchpad. after few days our aio pc went on power saving mode and after launching new complaint it was diagonised as motherboard problem by lenov engineer. new order of both parts was created on 8th oct 2013. lenovo didnt had parts in stock and gave us dates as 8th nov, 11 nov, 22 nov, 26 nov, 28 nov and finally part arrived on 9 th dec 13. lcd was ok but motherboard they sent was of another model and cannot be fitted in our pc. since 3 months our pc is not working and we have talked to lenovo customer for more than 35 times. still our problem is not resolved till today. our complaint no. 7005673355,7005664324,7005708774,7005745043,7005797264.

our billing and stock and accounting is on our aio pc. our business was severely affected because of lenovo mismanagemet in sending parts and at last still my pc is not in workng condition. we were not able to pay tds on time and were not able to complete orders of our customers during diwali season. we were mentally disturbed and faced very big business loss because of lenovo. lenovo customer care gave us 3 dates and still our pc is not in working condition.

we requested lenovo to replace our pc because of delay in replacing parts. its 3 months and pc is still not repaired. lcd and motherboard are two important parts of aio pc.both are to b replaced but when we dnt knw. i want to get my pc replaced as early as possible.
