Amount reflecting in my credit card is wrong as I blocked my previous card due to fraudulent issue in my card on 7th Nov 2013 and also got issued a new credit card from the bank but the amount which was not supposed to be reflected is still reflecting on my new card.The Fraud case was like to give a card which would give me a concession of 25% on every purchase with my axis bank credit card along with some gift from Makemydeal Delhi. The concerned person were only calling me and took my both axis bank credit card and debit card details for this and charged an amount of 6990.But the next day I got a call from axis bank and got informed that it was fake and no such card exists.So I blocked both of my cards.But the amount is still pending in my card from HDFC Bank.

I have to pay an amount of 10,562 which I am not supposed to pay and I have also sent the customer dispute form for further investigation on amount of 6990 on 18th Nov 2013 and they are still in the process till today.

I need immediate action on this so that i can use my credit card and pay the due amount.
