bought “Branded Usha Cook Top Maxus Gs3 001 3 Burner Cooktop Gas Stove” from rediff.com on 16th Dec, 2013. As per site’s update, they shipped product on 17th Dec, 2013. But after 15 days of shipping, still I did not received the product. I called their customer care number for number of times, almost 20 times to get the update. but they never provide me any kind of update & they always ask for 24 hours to provide me update. I’m calling them from 24th Dec, 2013, Still I did not get any kind of update and not my product also. I ask for the refund of the product, they also denied to give me refund.
