I am user of tatadocomo for more than 2 yrs. My no. is 7206670050, i’ve been using 3g data services for long now but this never happened with me. I was surfing net in the morning today and suddenly after disconnecting net i was shocked to see my balance. Rs 209 was deducted whereas my data balance was still there so I called customer care for clarification on this… they told me that i have accessed chargeable sites. When i asked what are the list of chargeable sites.. she told me she can’t provide such details and even if data balance is there my account will be deducted for using chargeable sites. I accessed the craft villa site and downloaded nothing. no you tube nothing else. my only question is.. how can you delete the balance without even giving any warnings or any message for chargeable site …Also how will i get to know which site to surf and which not to surf. This is ridiculous and outright fraud in the name of chargeable sites.

i want my amount refunded and clarification on chargable sites else i would like to port my number.
