ordered Need for Speed Hot Pursuit PS3 (a game CD) from snapdeal.com on 5th December,2013 with order ID :1481219137. I paid Rs.1475 on cash on delivery and received the product on 9th December 2013. The price mentioned on the outer package was Rs.1475. I opened the outer package at home and found that the MRP is Rs.1299 (a sticker stating the same was stuck in the plastic wrap of the CD box inside). I complained to snapdeal.com on 13th December,2013 via phone (complaint number: 4292139). They asked me to send pictures for my claim and I sent it via email. Then they offered to give me the difference of Rs.176 as SD cash, which can only be used on their website for purchases. This is a wrong tactic to increase their business.

I want them to refund the difference of Rs.176 as cash (not as SD cash they offer) plus interest.
