Hi,i am bsnl user and my mobile number is 9934858837.From september 2012 3G internet service is not working properly,i complaint many times but they didnot fix it.i gone many time to telephone exchange and talked with them but they are not ready to solve the problem and from last 100 days they hold the network.now no network signal in my area.

I want an enquiry about responsible officer and punishment for them,i also want all the extra money that i spent to complaint and other extra money that i spent for internet.
