Respect Sir, My name is Vivek Rastogi, Age 34 Years, Mobile number 9542040786. In Late 2009, I planned to take a land in Suvarna Bhomi “Suvarnkutter Phase 4 B Venture” in Hyderebad. I paid initial 290000/-amount and they said they had approval for phase 4 that time only. After few month I enquirer ed with them but they don’t have approval of the land. So I asked them to refund my money back as you don’t have approval. Now they are saying that they don’t refund the money as it is company policy. It is almost 3 years they blocked my money and not returning. They are saying you get some customer and they will transfer my money in his account. I told why should I cheat anybody and why should I do this ? My age is 34 and I will live max up to 68 years. I am a father of 1.5 year baby girl. I also have a right to live in this society and plan for my baby future. I am planning to take an apartment for which I need to do down payment of at least 4 lac rs/- for which I am asking my money back. So I can do down payment and for rest apply for house loan. I am a regular tax payer and this is my hard earned money.Recently I lost my mother due to lack of medical treatment.And these people are not returning when I asked that I need it for medical treatment. Now there MD M.Srinivas is on trip to Ayya Swami yatra to clean his sins.
