I have purchased a cordless phone model no KXTG-3722 through Naptol and the consignment was delivered to me on 24-Jan-2013 ( Invoice copy attached). The unit was working fine for couple of months after which one of the handset developed a snag, the unit display shows that the handset as fully charged but shut downs immediately after removing from base units. I have visited GEE JEY Solutions on 22-Nov-2013 and explained the issue, after cheeking Mr Ganesh informed us that they are newly appointed service agency and will not able to resolve the issue. Further they stated that since the device is still under warranty period they can send the same to Bangalore but cannot assure whether the snag will be resolved or by when will we get back the device,they also insisted that both the handsets,base unit, charger along with warranty card and the box to be send for repair. Mr Ganesh suggested me to leave the device with them to check the device in detail, they returned the instrument after two days stating the issue is resolved. Am sorry to to say that the problem still persist and request your intervention in getting the same rectified. I raised the issue with panasonic vide 28-Nov-2013 vide complaint reference No PI-CS-1311-045088 & PI-CS-1312-009557 yet to receive any resolution
Rectification of faulty device and visit by Technician for rectification as commitied by the company
