Dear Sir/Madam, I called on 121 and put request for new postpaid number on 2-12-13. I got call same day from Airtel Agent Om Services (Fiza – 9810237424) and she sent a person Varun (9810194506) next day to collect documents and fee Rs 250- at my address D-5, 2nd Floor, South Ex-1, N.Delhi and he collected documents from my House owner VK Bhasin with Fee Rs 250- in cash and issued a no. 9971718018. The same no. not activated till date. I called on 121, 198, 9810012345 and sent many mails on airtel official mail id but did not get any solution rather they told me to contact that agent. Meanwhile I contacted agent many times they did not pick my no. Once Ms Fiza picked the no. by mistake and again deceive me by saying that it will activate or will update you. Once I called Mr Varun on 26-12-13, he did not pick and call me back, he did not recognize me then he remembered and said will do in 2 days. I said will do a police case and so he replied you do whatever we will see every body. Till today I m just trying their numbers but did not find any solution. Hope Consumer Cell will do the needful. Thank you
