My phone’s flash was not working. I visited the above service center, they asked me to submit and it may take 25-30 days. Now, three months have passed but I have not got my phone back. I have visited the centre so many times but they don’t even tell me clear status. I want my phone back with all functions working properly and no physical scratches/damage under warranty. If not working properly then I want new phone of same or extended model.
