Hi, I ordered a MOP online to shopping.rediff.com on 23.11.13, order no. 8783034. on 03.12.13 rediff said order has been dispatched via blazeflash couriers (AWB no. 119424760). the product was not delivered and everytime i place a complaint with rediff they repeat the same sentence that the item has been dispatched via blah blah….even i requested for refund of money but they still insist that the product has been dispatched and now can not cancel the order..the mentioned courier can not not be tracked at all…. i am very disappointed with rediff’s service and their customer support. So rediff is A BIG THIEF AND CHEATER…they are just sitting to grab people’s money and not bothered about the service at all…I warn everybody about shopping with shopping.rediff.com.

rs 2000 or delivery of ordered item asap
