Dear Sir, I have purchase Mobile phone SAMSUNG S5570 From The Mobile Shope New Friends colony with one year extandable warranty. i have facing some teating problem in my phone and i have sumite same to The mobile store Sarita vihar on dated-11/9/2013 after so many reminder and followup i am getting my handset on 02/01/2014 but now my phone is not on. Please find below the follow up details with Store Guys, Such rubbish service you have provided to customers because after 4 months I have received my hand set but problem not is not resolve. I have received my handset in same condition. Mobile is not switch on. it is very surprising for form last 4 months I have been following with you and problem will not get resolved.
