One e-mail from Whakky.com had come to me stating that they offer One pair of black shoes + one pair of brown shoes for Rs. 699 through online booking. I booked the same on 18 Dec 2013 and paid full amount through netbanking and received confirmation also from the company. They informed through SMS that I will be informed as soon as the item is shipped out from company. But, till now they have not despatched the product. I sent a query to their support@whaaky.com through e-mail on 24 Dec 2013 requesting to despatch the item immediately. They responded through e-mail to wait for some more days to despatch. But NO use. Again I sent a e-mail query on 01 Jan 2014 insisting to despatch the item soon. But, NO response for that. Thorough telephone also, NO proper response. My order number is S80152722 dated 18/12/2013. Pl help me to get either the product or refund. Also suggest any other solution or channel if required. I believe you fully. Thank you very much.
please force the company legally to despatch the correct product immediately or refund the full amount. Otherwise suggest me the next step/channel to follow. Also, please block/seal the company with legal consequences.
