Reebok – sale upto 50% misleading ads

all brands and shops are advertising and putting up posters saying sale upto 50% or any other figures. on entering the shop either there are NO items on sale at the displayed figure or there are a handful of items, where as there are some items on sale at lesser percentages and most are NEW and at full price.
sales outlets should not be permitted to mislead the consumer by such false advertising, and sale should mean all items in the store are on sale at the displayed figures. the term UPTO is being grossly misused by sales outlet to mislead the consumer and lure them with false promises. this practice is considered unethical and be stopped. in developed economies, sale implies all items are on sale in the store and not just a handful, as is the practice with our sales outlets. need regulations to stop this misleading ads by companies.
