The dealer Saieesh enterprises refuses to weigh the cylinder when a refill is ordered as the delivery boy claims he does not have a weigh measure with him. The delivery boy says if the refill is not accepted the order will be cancelled and a fresh order/booking has to be done.In the last refill a complaint to the proprietor was made and I was promised that a boy with measure will be sent immediately, but not sent. Now yesterday for a new refill also the boy refused to weigh at the point of delivery.
