COMPAINANT: BIRAM LAL Room no.18 VEER BIRSA MUNDA NIWAS NALCO NAGAR ANGUL ORISSA PIN:759145 versus State bank of India Branch:kandsar(Nalco Nagar) city:angul distt: angul Orissa-759145 Sir. I used my ATM card to withdraw Rs.6000 from a ATM at NALCO NAGAR, ATM Id:S10B000007007 on 07/12/2013 at 19:00 PM. But ATM disbursed only Rs.4500 and Rs.1500 did not disbursed.I immediately complained on SBI,customer care. On 09/12/2013 I gave a written complaint to SBI, Kandsar. from that day they are giving me date again and again but did not solve my problem.I visited the branch several times.

I want to get my Rs.1500 back with a compensation of Rs.2000.
