Mobile given to Samsung service centre – Mobile Dead I have given my samsung mobile s advance (IMEI: 353019050205098) to the authorized service centre in bangalore (E – Mag solutions), who has provided very poor services. The details of service order no. are mentioned below: 1. 4166031036 (Dated Dec 28, 2012) 2. 9489 ( Dated Jan 04, 2013) Each time the service centre has taken 1 complete week to return the mobile and has changed same part i.e. motherboard of the mobile (Mentioned in the order of the order) but the issues are unresolved. I have received the mobile yesterday and the mobile has become almost dead, which proves that the company has used faulty parts in my mobile. The third time when the mobile is still not working the service centre people are telling that there is problem with the charging connector. My charging connector was completely working fine and have never faced such issue in 8 months which proves that this is the result of carelessness of the service center people I have no trust on the service centre as i took the mobile for a small issue but have received it completely dead. I need a replacement of my mobile for the inconvenience caused to me.
I want a replacement of my mobile as in spite of replacing motherboard of the mobile my mobile is still not working and because of the carelessness of the service centre people there are new issues coming in my mobile
