bharatmatrimony.com – Illegal Unethical practice

Hi, I have taken paid membership on bharatmatrimony.com. It comes with a feature that I can send email to the other party who matches my marriage preferences and can see there phone numbers and call them. The membership I took was valid for 3 months and cost my RS 3100. Paid via my credit card. During this period I have sent mails to other parties who showed interest in my portfolio for marriage. I have also sent some mails, to some people have got reply from them and some people still have to reply to me. My membership has expired on 10th January/2014. Now when I go to my sent message folder it does not shows anything and asks me to buy the membership again. Which I feel is complete unethical and its creating a monopoly. I understand that once my membership has expired I should not be allowed to send any new request or see the phone number of any new person showed interest in me, but I should be able to see the mails I have sent, people I have contacted as I have already paid for it. Present structure of this website blocks all these features and forces me to buy membership again if I want to see my sent request or status of it. I have contacted the customer care of the website and asked them but they are not replying anything on this regard. I would like to raise a complaint against this unethical and consumer unfriendly practice followed by bharatmatrimony.com I can be reached at omalok@gmail.com if any further information is required.

I definitely want my sent history to be enabled to check the reply and status on messages I have sent. Its my right to have access to the information once I have paid for it.
