Ref no: 2420469580 and 572928950 date of cmplnt: 15 or 17 december 2013. bill cycle: 11.11.13 to 10.12.13 bill received worth 1618 rs. which included 752 rs. as a charge for isd calls which i have not made. 15 december made call to vodafone for deactivation of ebill service and issue of physical bill at my home. CCE assured it to be delievered within 5 days and also assured to arrange a callback regarding isd calls waiver. no call received and no duplicate bill received. again made call to vodafone on 2.2.14 regarding same, CCE Gulfasa first denied of any request for dup. bill. cll tfd to senior, and i made a complaint why my complaint was not registered. Senior corrected her CCE by saying there s a request but duplicate bill was sent on your mail id as on that date ebill service was active. i again made a complaint why wrong assurance was given to me. again no complaint registered as i have to call on the same day to confirm, then the new executive lodged complaint and gave me complaint no: 2420469580.
the relief sought is two fold: firstly, the refund of frivolous isd charges of 752 rs and non levy of late payment charges on account of that. secondly, the the quality of the call shall be seriously monitored so that the consumer is not given any misleading or incomplete information and what action they have taken against the executive who misled me many times besides this isd bill issue
