Order No: 100017096 Date: 04/01/2014. Item: Videocon V1575 Mobile Phone. Problem: The mobile they send me is a second hand mobile as because in the phone memory there are still some messages are there of july month 2013, which is not belongs to me and there are also some images are there which is definitely belongs to old users.

If possible money back or replacement but for replacement I want security. They are saying that they will replace but for that I have to submit my phone first, but I can’t believe on them.I want the courier person who will bring my phone I will give my phone to him. Why I suffer if this is there fault.
