I ordered one Router (Hame-R1 3G Wifi Router) on 21.12.2013. I made payment of Rs 1505 (One Thousand Five Hundred & Five Only). Order reference no is: 9506715. On 03.01.2014 the consignment was received. Packing was found proper. But inside the packing rubbish stones was filled product was found except tax invoice of the item. Immediately, I informed the incidence to the ShopClues.com over contact phone no: 01244414888. I was asked to send the photo of the consignment. I sent the image of the consigment on the same date and again contacted them to ensure the receipt of the image. As informed by their customer care executive the phot was received and assured that the matter will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs. Ticket number: 635329 was given by ShopClues.com for future communication. Thereafter no reply received from them. I repeatedly contacted them for the taking action. But no action taken by them till date. Even on 08.01.2014 they wrote one mail that resultion would be given in next 3-4 days but the matter is unresolved. Mail attached herewith. I have contacted them on 14.01.2014 and today i.e. 16.01.2014 also but they are again saying to wait for 3-4 days. Here it may also be noted that On 21.12.2013 ShopClues.com informed that ordered consignment dispatched throug FirstFlight-Mumbai tracking no: B90100093516. After 4-5 days I searched on First Flight web (firstflight.net) site for consignment status with tracking no: B90100093516. But no record was available. Upon contacting ShopClues.com several times on 27.12.2013 onward, finally on 31.12.2013 consignment status was posted by firstflight. As per the information on firstflight.com it took only 3 day for transportation of the material. I expected material delivery on or before 02.01.2014 as intimated by ShopClues.com while order booking. But the same was delivered on 03.01.2014.
Rs 3000( three thousand) Justification: Rs 1505 for amount paid for product and rest for phone call charges and time loss.
