Dear sir, I have been a customer of Vodafone telecom for the past one year. Recently i have been facing a lot of issues with respect to bill payment and barred connections due to which i have faced severe consequences in personal and professional life. I have taken a postpaid corporate plan of ACC195 which stated that i will be availing 18000 free minutes- local and national. After the end of the month, the bill was generated which was greater than what i had expected. The bill was for Rs 641.53 which i had refused to pay since there was additional Rs 275.01 as usage charges. This usage charges should not have come since i had that 18000 free minute’s talk time. When I raised the issue with their representatives, they took it fore granted and added Rs 100 as late charges and blocked my outgoing calls. From that time, I had been in touch with Vodafone but got limited response or resolution to the issue. When contacted, they altered the fore-said plan and changed the free minutes to free seconds in the document to prove their stand. I have attached all mail communications and excel sheets on plans which i had till date. Moreover i have paid all the bills till November but did not get the services accordingly. There was one more issue which had occurred when I was at my native place and due to the billed and unfilled amount issues, they had discontinued my telephone services. Later they told that submit Rs 1000 in advance and we will resume your services, but they did not. It was finally activated when I reached Bangalore. It caused me a lot of issues since I had no connectivity in a remote place where people have very less resources and if anything could have happened, I could not reach out to anyone for any help. Please look into the issue and redress my grievances.
I want maximum compensation from the Vodafone telecom since it caused me economic, mental and health related disturbances. I want my bills from mid-nov to be calculated on the basis of the plan they had sent me. For all sort of trauma which was caused due to this irresponsible behaviour i want a relief of at least 5 lakhs.
