I have bought a Karbonn Handset- A51 on 19/12/2013 After 2 days smoke comes out of the phone and gets very hot. When I contact to Karbonn service centre in Janak puri, they said use it for some days and it will be resolve. i use the phone for 1 week, but the phone is still giving smoke and get very hot. Even the Battery also dead. Now the customer care executive told me that, it will not replace as it is used more than 7 days. I need help for replacement of the handset, because the problem was arise from 3rd day of purchase. This is the manufacturing default. BIll No. 087, Date:- 19/12/2013, Karbonn A51 handset(model), Gupta Telecom, E-242, Mahavir Enclave -III, 60ft Road, Shani Bazaar, N Delhi-59, #9213683xxx. It has 1 year warranty. I am residing in Uttam Nagar, New delhi-59.

I want to Replace the Handset. As the problem is coming from 3 rd day purchase and it is very dangerous.
