Even after repeated reminders, Hathway Broadband Internet has not shifted my connection from old address to new address. Even the modem which was installed at old address was removed by Hathway Broadband employees in Dec’13, on assurity that connection will be installed at new address in 2-3 days. However till date there is no internet connection istalled at my new address. I’m attaching the emails copies which I sent to Hathway Broadband during last two months.
Two months free internet service under the same plan which I was using earlier. 18% interest on my deposit for two months. Rs. 10,000 for my time and energy lost while dealing with Hathway Broadband employees and inconvenience caused to me because of non-avalibility of easy access hyspeed internet on my ipad and laptop. Furhter a fine of 25,000 to be deposited with Consumer forum so that other consumers can also redress their queries/complaints.
